Everybody desires to have a fit and perfect body .Definitely ,Slimmer body looks attractive in comparison to extra adipose deposits at your belly area.So if you are Looking to lose weight  but feeling stuck? WHEN it comes to calories, all were not created equal. Instead, you end up adding these calories on top of your normal intake.If you are serious about losing weight, consider giving up sugary drinks completely.

2) Alcohol : Even average wine drinkers consume up to 2,000 extra calories every month. A glass of sparkling white may look innocuous but its cumulative effects can hinder weight loss. Alcohol is the first thing your body burns before it moves on to anything else. So ,until your body gets rid of alcohol from your system, you won’t burn any fat.

3) Tropical fruits : Fruits make for great snacks when on a diet but there are some that you may want to avoid if your goal is to lose weight. Go easy on fruits such as mangoes and ripe pineapples as they are especially high in natural sugars.

4) Dairy Products: Dairy products include a common ingredients/allergens that causes inflammation. And, ultimately, inflammation is the root cause of most diseases, including weight gain and obesity. Additionally, if you are lactose intolerant or have a milk allergy, dairy can cause uncomfortable symptoms like digestive trouble. Eliminating  these products from your diet can help you determine whether you have a sensitivity to cow’s milk..

5) Pastries, Cookies and Cakes : Pastries, cookies and cakes are packed with unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined flour. They may also contain artificial  fats, which are very harmful and linked to many diseases .Pastries, cookies and cakes are not very satisfying, and you will likely become hungry very quickly after eating these high-calorie, low-nutrient foods.

6) Ultra-processed foods : Ultra-processed foods are one of the major reasons we experience weight gain and are unable to lose that weight. With ingredients like artificial sweeteners, processed soybean products, vegetable oils (like canola and sunflower), and inferior meats – processed foods pose serious health threats. These chemicals, antibiotics, and endocrine disruptors create hormonal imbalances that will counteract with any weight-loss efforts.So switch out your packaged, canned, and boxed goods for fresh and organic fruits and vegetables in order to drop a few pounds — and maintain overall health.
