“A woman should be two things; who and what she wants to be.” Someone rightly said.

In the 21st century, there are no such words as “female jobs” or “jobs for girls/women”. The women of India and the world are now getting out of their houses and creating history by making a mark for themselves. Women stand shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts when it comes to career growth and choosing the right path. Today, a huge number of women are making a mark by working at high posts in different professions.

Each woman has a right to fulfill her dreams. Women have now earned a tag of “an equal earning member” of the family. A woman is a multi-tasker who takes care of her job duties along with the household chores. As the economy is now flourishing in India, women have found several avenues to leverage their creativity, career goals, dreams, and passions. If a woman is financially stable, she can handle her expenses independently and need not expect her partner to give money.

Even after marriage and maternity, women are keen to pursue their careers. According to the surveys and sources, only 1 female can work on a full-time basis out of 7 college graduate females. In India, females are quite confused about choosing a profession when they are at an early stage of their higher education.

EDUCATION IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR WOMEN:

We all know that education is the key to a successful career. The more educated you are, the more successful you become by working hard. To be in your dream career, you have to choose your education. Even if you are not much educated, you still have job options to choose from.

To decide how far you can and are willing to go, is the most essential thing. If you have been out of the workforce for a while, you have to brush up on your skills again before you join again.

Earning money allows a woman to be determined and independent which further makes her a better human being. It gives her a sense of self-identity which is an achievement in itself. Identifying yourself is very important as there is a life beyond maternity and household chores. Willingness to live life with passion along with handling the household duties is the beauty of a real woman. A woman is “A hero with an invisible cap.” She must work in her desired field to live a satisfied and happy life.

As they say, “Beauty begins the moment one decides to be oneself.”

Now, let’s have a look at some of my friends/relatives who are strong ladies and achieved a happy, successful life while excelling in their professions.

She is so good at her work that you would never feel work pressure, as she distributes the work among the team members so well. While I was in the process and working in the UK division, she was the one who helped and guided me in every possible way. A former model and HR Professional, Tanu is a very strong and independent woman who has worked hard to achieve the position of a Manager and is an ideal one.
