WALKING

For beginners walking fast daily for 30 minutes will help to reduce weight and boost metabolism. Before starting the workout this is the best way to warm up your body.

JOGGING

After mastering fast walking you can switch on to jogging, it will break down the fat accumulated on your body including your belly fat.

RUNNING

This will make your heart beat fast, burn extra calories and loose extra belly fat than walking and jogging.

 

CRUNCHES

This is best exercise to burn belly fat.

1 Lie down flat.

2 Bend your knees with feet touching the ground.

3 Place your hands behind your head.

4 Take a deep breath and lift your upper body.

5 You need to exhale when you are lifting your body up.

6 Repeat this for 10-15 times.

BICYCLE EXERCISE

1 Lie down flat on the ground and keep your hands behind your head.

2 Lift both the legs and bend them at your knees.

3 Move both your legs as if you were cycling.

4 Continue this exercise for 3-5 minutes.

 

SIDE TO SIDE BENDING

1 Stand up straight and stretch your hands above your head level.

2 Bend towards your right side, as much as you can until you feel the strain on your left side and hold this position for some time.

3 Repeat the same with the left side.

4 Do this exercise for 20-25 bends both the sides.
